Record Updates

 

During the record comparison, section records are identified using the combination of term and CRN. Section meeting records are identified using the combination of term, CRN and Oracle row ID. Row ID is required for section meeting identification because the Banner SSRMEET table does not have a unique record ID.

 

Connecting to the Banner Database

 

If the Banner SIS interface will be used, check the “Connect to SIS” box during installation and enter Banner database connection information.

 

NOTE:  The database connection information is written to the web.config file in the APIService directory of the Astra Schedule instance being installed.
