Events

 

•Astra Schedule events are considered “jobs” in ObjAcct.

 

•Astra Schedule event meetings are considered “tasks” in ObjAcct.

 

•The Astra Schedule reservation number, event name, event type, and customer are mapped to the ObjAcct Job ID, Job Description, Job Type, and Customer.

 

•The Astra Schedule event meeting name is mapped to the ObjAcct Task Description.

 

•Event Estimates and Invoices can be generated and viewed directly from within an event record in Astra Schedule and will automatically be added to ObjAcct for the corresponding job.

 

•Credit Memos generated for a job in ObjAcct will appear in Astra Schedule along with estimates and invoices.
