Reports

The ObjAcct application includes many pre-defined reports as well as a report creation feature for ObjAcct administrators. Astra Schedule provided links to a few select pre-defined reports directly from within the application. The report links include the following:

 

•Transactions By Job

 

▪The Transactions By Job report is available from within an event record and displays accounting activity for the event.

 

•Item Price List

 

▪The Item Price List report is available from within a room, equipment, or service record and displays the price setting for that item.

 

•Customer Statements

 

▪The Customer Statements report is available from within a customer record and displays the customer’s accounting statement filtered to “today”.

 

•Invoice

 

▪The CustomerInvoice (or CustomerInvoiceReprint) report is available from within an event record and displays the invoice for the event.

 

•Estimate

 

▪The EstimatePrint report is available from within an event record and displays the estimate for the event.
